Dr. George Crisp graduated in medicine in London in 1986, where he completed his General Practice training.

George spent 2 years working at Royal Perth Hospital as Registrar in General and Emergency Medicine, then spent a year working in a country General Practice before returning to Perth, where he has a small family medical practice.

George also writes regularly for medical magazines on environmental health matters, reviews clinical information on herbal medicines and is on the national committee of Doctors for the Environment Australia.

He has an interest in travel medicine and has travelled widely in South East Asia including trekking in the Sumatran Rainforest as well as participating in an expedition to the Hindu Kush in a medical capacity.

Outside of medical and family life, he is also a keen musician and plays keyboards in Perth rock band “80’s inc.”.
