Jean loves travelling and experiencing any new opportunity or challenge that may arise.
Jean has travelled to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Italy, Vanuatu, Fiji, Thailand and extensively throughout Australia. Her love of travel came about from her background as a travel agent. Jean loves to experience how the locals live and get off the ‘tourist’ path.
Jean was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and has since raised money for BCNA, completing the Inspired Adventures Great Wall of China Trek in 2016.
When not dragon boating with her local SUDU Dragon Boat Club, you’ll find her either bushwalking, walking her dog “Poppy”, spending time with family and friends or researching her next challenge.
Her personal motto and advice to everyone is: “TRUST YOUR JOURNEY”
