Meet Antipas, one of our head guides leading our Mount Kilimanjaro treks. Antipas started hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro as a porter in 1998. After 6 years of working as a porter, he joined a guiding course operated by the National Park at which point he was awarded his Full Route Guide Licence.
Antipas is from Moshi and his favourite adventure destination is right in his own backyard – Mt. Kilimanjaro! He loves that his country has so many beautiful natural attractions including Kilimanjaro, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro as well as many cultural and historical activities. He loves the beauty and peace found in this area.
