Training For Your Adventure

For many, training is the most challenging part of an Inspired Adventure. This is where you push your limits, battle through fatigue, experience sore muscles and fight negative thoughts all for a great cause!

Please refer to and use the training booklet that you received in your welcome pack. It has detailed training plans to help you prepare for the specific type of challenge you’ve taken on.  Keep persevering and you will be rewarded on your adventure. The Inspired team is behind you each step of the way, and many of us have cycled and trekked the same routes you will. We know how important training is!
